1. Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers:

  • Hinges, Fittings, and Hardware: Any malfunction, breakage, or failure of hinges, drawer slides, handles, or other hardware components due to manufacturing defects.
  • Structural Malfunctions: Issues where the product is not functioning as intended (e.g., doors not closing, drawers not sliding, mechanisms not operating) that result from faulty craftsmanship or materials.

2. What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • General Wear & Tear: Normal aging, scratches, dents, stains, fading, or changes in appearance from everyday use.
  • Misuse or Improper Care: amage resulting from improper installation, mishandling, accidents, abuse, or use of harsh cleaning agents.
  • Environmental Damage: ssues caused by humidity, water exposure, sunlight, pests, or other environmental factors.
  • Modifications: Any repairs or alterations made by third parties not authorized by Onix Furniture.

3. Warranty Period

  • **Duration:**This warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of installation, as confirmed by our signed handover and installation video.

4. Warranty Claim Process

  • How to Claim:
    • Contact our support team with your order details and a description of the issue.
    • Provide clear photos and/or videos showing the malfunction.
  • **Inspection:**Our team will assess the claim. If the issue is covered, we will arrange for repair or replacement of the affected part at no cost to you.
  • **Service Area:**Warranty services are available pan-India.

5. Limitations & Exclusions

  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Onix Furniture’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts as described above.
