At Onix Furniture, every piece is crafted to order, reflecting your unique taste and our commitment to luxury. While we strive for absolute satisfaction, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for custom-made furniture.


1. Custom Furniture Orders

  • No Refunds on Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom furniture, we do not offer refunds once production has begun.
  • Delayed Delivery Exception: If we are unable to deliver your custom furniture within 3 months (90 days) from the date of order confirmation, you are eligible for a refund—minus an administrative fee of ₹2,000 or 2% of the order value, whichever is higher.This fee covers billing, processing, and administrative costs.
  • Order Cancellation: Cancellations after production has started are not eligible for refunds except in the case of non-delivery within the stipulated period.

2. Returns After Installation

  • **Return Window:**If you are not satisfied with your furniture after installation, you may request a return within 7 days of installation.
  • Return Process:
    • Notify us within 7 days of installation if you wish to return your order.
    • Both shipping and return transportation costs are the responsibility of the client.
    • After the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed minus ₹2,000 or 2% of the order value, whichever is higher.
  • Condition for Returns:
    • The furniture must be unused and in its original condition.
    • We conduct a video recording and obtain your signature at the time of installation to confirm acceptance and condition.
    • Returns are only accepted if the furniture remains in the same condition as recorded at installation.

3. Shipping & Return Logistics

  • **Client Responsibility:**All shipping and return costs are to be borne by the client, including pickup and delivery arrangements for returns.
  • **Pan-India Service:**Our return and installation processes are available across India.

4. Installation Confirmation

  • At the time of installation, our team will:
    • Walk you through the finished product.
    • Obtain your signature and record a video as proof of delivery and condition.
    • This ensures complete transparency and mutual agreement on the product’s quality at handover.

5. Damages & Discrepancies

  • **Transit Damages:**If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately upon delivery, with photos and video evidence.
  • **Resolution:**We will assess and resolve genuine damage claims as per our warranty/support policy.
